Old and New Pearls

This necklace is actually something special. It contains four generations of pearls. My Great Grandmother's, my Grandmothers, my Moms and my own. Without her knowing, I scrounged up the pearls and combined them with some light purple beads to go with an outfit she was to receive for Christmas. She loved them, especially when she discovered that the beads still had her moms perfume on them. (Her mom, my grandma, passed in 2002).
